“I have had the privilege of seeing Holly for nearly twelve years. Over the years, she has
shown me time and again that she is there for me. She is a remarkably insightful and
empathetic therapist and a truly authentic and caring human being. She has helped me
through some of the most difficult times in my life, including the loss of my son to an
accidental drug overdose. Her incredible strength and reassuring presence during that
time in particular was a blessing not only for me, but for my family as well. Holly has
never let me down and I highly recommend her to anyone in search of a therapist who
offers unwavering support and compassion.”

“Working with Holly has been life changing. When I first started therapy, I was overwhelmed
with burnout, struggling with anxiety, navigating complex family dynamics and managing OCD tendencies. Holly provided a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space that allowed me to open up and process these challenges. Holly’s approach was compassionate and structured, offering practical tools that helped me regain a sense of balance and control. She not only helped me understand the root cause of my struggles but empowered me to develop healthier coping mechanisms and set healthy boundaries. Thanks to her guidance, I’ve experienced a reduction in anxiety, and the confidence to set boundaries and prioritize my peace. I am incredibly grateful.”

I can’t express enough gratitude for the incredible support and guidance Holly has
provided in my 10+ years as her client. Her warmth, empathy, and thoughtful approach
create a safe space where I feel truly heard and understood. She has helped me
navigate challenges with clarity and compassion, offering tools and insights that have
transformed the way I approach life. Her dedication to my growth and well-being has
made a profound impact, and I feel so fortunate to have her as my therapist.

“I believe the greatest gift I can conceive of having from anyone is to be seen by them, heard by them, to be understood and touched by them.”
